The Community Stewardship Trust (CST) brings together local residents to co-own and govern properties in their neighborhoods to build community wealth, strengthen community power, and support residents to thrive in place.
OUR FIRST PROJECT: THE SWATS CST
Centralized in Atlanta’s Capitol View neighborhood, our first CST brings together residents in SW Atlanta (generally bound by the 30310 and surrounding zip codes,) to co-own properties that include permanently affordable housing, greenspace and hubs for community gatherings and activism.
The CST puts real estate in the hands of community to own, govern and build together.
