STEPS TO SET UP YOUR SWATS CST INVESTMENT ACCOUNT

1. Click the appropriate button on the invest page, based on your income, and fill out the form. Note: Please use the same email address and your legal name that appears on your Georgia ID or other residency documents.

2. You will get emails with instructions and prompts from cst@theguild.community as you go through this process. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders!

3. Look for a “Submission Approved” email from concierge@investnext.com.  Click “Accept Invitation” to complete your registration on the InvestNext portal and login.

4. Please make your username your email address. It is case sensitive. Please use this same email for accessing the CST Orientation, too.

5. Once in your Investment Portal, click “Offerings” at the top or “View Offerings” from your Dashboard. Choose between a monthly (12-month subscription) or one-time investment, and click the title of the offering you want to choose.

6. Review the offering page and key documents – project summary, financials, and shareholder agreement.

7. Click “Invest Now,” and enter the amount you want to invest. Sign your agreement.

8. Upload a photo of the front and back of your Georgia identification, or other residency validation, using the link in your email.

9. Wait for the CST team to review and sign your agreement (up to 10 business days.)

10. Connect your bank account and fund your investment in InvestNext. If you chose monthly subscription or have a hard time connecting your bank account, we will send you a link to fund your investment using Stripe online payments.
