Capitol View, like many Black and brown communities, has been subject to ongoing environmental racism that has polluted the land. We’re working with @liberationarchitect to make this space healthier by planting sunflowers—native plants that remove toxins and heavy metals and rebalance soil ecology.

You will be learn the regulatory, financial, community, and operational aspects of real estate development, and how the CST approaches these to create affordable, community owned real estate in partnership with local residents and organizations.
