Join us for a hands-on workshop to walk you through the process of becoming a community investor in The Guild’s SWATS Community Stewardship Trust (SWATS CST) — a first-of-its-kind model for collective ownership and long-term affordability in Southwest Atlanta.
Whether you’re ready to move money or just curious about how it all works, this is your chance to ask questions, get clear, and build community with other mission-aligned folks. You’ll leave with an investment account that’s ready to be funded once the SWATS CST officially opens later this year.
