About This Session
This session is designed specifically for CST Stewards to prepare for the upcoming Annual Meeting on June 13th. We’ll cover governance basics and meet the Stewardship Board candidates, with time for Q&A and discussion. Whether this is your first Annual Meeting or you’re a seasoned participant, this session will ensure you feel informed, prepared, and confident.
This event is book-ended by two others on the same day:
- CST Orientation & Onboarding at 10am for new CST Stewards to enroll
- Site Visit & Tour of 918 Dill Avenue at 2:30pm (starting at the corner of Dill and Sylvan)

Who Should Attend
- All CST Stewards planning to vote in the Stewardship Board Election
- Stewards who want to better understand annual meeting procedures
- Anyone interested in learning more about CST governance
